We’re pleased to advertise a two bedroom first floor flat in Birmingham . This home benefits from heating, double glazing throughout and has one- and two-bedroomed properties within the building housing a maximum of two people. It also has communal gardens and communal parking. Parking is offered on a first come first served basis. Our properties are unfurnished with no carpets, curtains, furniture, or white goods. Offers will be subject to affordability checks and references. The successful applicant will be required to pay a minimum of one weeks rent in advance before you sign up. Our schemes are for applicants with the age requirement of 55+ only. All household members must meet this age criteria. The scheme is made up of 38 Units over 3 blocks. Within the building served by the main block is 1 lift and several stairwells. There are no lifts in the other two blocks. The properties in the main block are heated by gas central heating via the communal boiler room. There are no electric meters in the main block however there are electric and gas meters in the two other blocks. Electricity is the resident’s responsibility to set up and pay separately to the service charge. Residents in the main block will have gas and electric included in the service charge. Mobility scooters will need to have permission granted before signing up with insurance in place and a risk assessment and will need to be undertaken. There are 1 communal lounge within the scheme the main block. Comfortable seating, there is a small kitchen area within to make teas and coffee. and is predominately used for large events such as Birthday parties, Christmas, and special occasion events. There is a weekly coffee morning which is held every Thursday. Within the scheme, situated on the ground floor in the main block, there is a communal laundry which is accessed by residents on a first come basis. .
