This is a new build mid terrace two bedroom house in Longbridge, suitable for up to 4 people. The house consists of kitchen/diner, living room and toilet on ground floor; 2 double bedrooms and bathroom (bath with shower over) on first floor and shared garden. Each house has one allocated parking space. Pets are allowed at this property with permission. Please note: 2 children of opposite sex under the age of 10 will be expected to share a bedroom. 2 children of same sex under the age of 16 will be expected to share a bedroom. The successful applicant will be required to pay a minimum of one weeks rent in advance. Offers will be subject to affordability checks and references.
