This is a new build end terrace three bedroom house in Longbridge, suitable for up to 5 people. The house is on 3 floors and consists of kitchen/diner, living room, small study and toilet on ground floor; 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, bathroom (bath with shower over) on first floor; double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet on second floor, and shared garden. Each house has one allocated parking space. Pets are allowed at this property with permission. Please note: 2 children of opposite sex under the age of 10 will be expected to share a bedroom. 2 children of same sex under the age of 16 will be expected to share a bedroom. The successful applicant will be required to pay a minimum of one weeks rent in advance. Offers will be subject to affordability checks and references.
