We publish information about homes that have been let (within the last 30 days).

You can view this information by selecting the following tab from the home page:

Recent Lets and Average Waiting Time

The following information is provided:

  • the number of applicants that bid for the property,

  • the band they were in

  • the award/registration date

Looking at the recent letting feedback information will give you a better idea of how popular a particular property or area is and how long you would normally have to wait.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give you individual feedback due to the numbers involved.
